While there are countless free versions available online, these cannot be relied upon to provide the clarity and detail that an essay need s.Even though many writers and editors think that a standardized version of English Literature is the best, not all essay styles will work in a college classroom setting. If you are teaching a group of English Lit majors, you need to find a style that is appealing to them, while still keeping their attention.While there are many free versions, these often do not give students the depth of detail that is required to make a significant change. If you want your students to do well in college, you must ensure that they fully understand what they are being asked to write. Students need to feel as though their essay is their own work, and therefore requires the time and effort that only a professional writer can offer.My biggest advice for students who want to get started is to get as many Writing samples as possible, especially from reputable institutions. You do not want to use material that has come from the same individual or institution that you are, after all. These writing samples are usually cheap and will allow you to see what works best. They also give you the chance to see what students were able to get out of their own college writing samples.Students are highly motivated when they think they can succeed academically with their English Literature writing samples. They will do whatever it takes to prove themselves worthy. If they are taking notes for the wrong reason, you may never know.I encourage all college teachers to take advantage of the AP English Literature writing samples. After all, if you do not understand why they are writing their assignment, you may never figure out how to give them the strength that they need. Only a professional can give students the edge they need to achieve the success they deserve.
